1. INTRODUCTION

1. These Procedures are intended to provide office personnel with basic operating information, procedures, instructions, and precautions with respect to day-to-day operations.
2. Applicable national or international laws must receive strict and full compliance in addition to complying with the Company policies and instructions set forth in these Procedures. Company policies and regulations take precedence when they are more rigorous than other laws and regulations.
3. Nothing in these Procedures or in any instruction issued by the Company should always be construed as relieving the staff member of their responsibility for the exercise of sound judgement.
4. It is the responsibility of each staff member to review these Procedures with their department or team members and forward suggestions for changes to the HSSEQ department regularly. These Procedures will be revised and applicable portions reissued as and when required to ensure that operating policies are properly updated and comply with changes to various laws, rules, regulations, and company requirements.
